The Warming Hut | Winter Warmer 8.2% spiced imperial english amber is full of spiced winter goodness. Allspice, cinnamon, ginger, and caramel malt blend together in this balanced slightly boozy treat. On Tap Now ⛄️

We’ve decked the taproom out like a Christmas hurricane in honor of this which has led to a full fledged 🎅🏼 🏁🏎️ Christmas RC Mario Kart race track for our Tournament today at 7pm. See our prior post for details on that!

For all y’all that don’t do the “beer thing” we’ve got you covered! Our time spent making cocktails at our beer garden @nomadic_outpost made us want to bring some of that energy over here!

☀️ First on the early side, we’re mixing us a couple of classic morning bevies! We’re featuring local @momosmichelada for our blonde ale michelada with some stupid dill rim salt! Also, Bloody Marie’s have hit the menu!

🪩 On the Anytime side we think our Watermelon Jalapeño Margarita is our top new favorite but the Paloma holds in at a close second!
.
Lastly on the decadent side we’ve got an Irish coffee made with fresh espresso! Served hot or iced. Whip cream is mandatory though 😋

We swear we didn’t plan this 🤣 You Stay Classy Austin! We had to put this New Seltzer on the menu next to our new flagship west coast IPA the Saint Diego! We’re major Anchorman fans. Shout out to @ferrellwill_ for this epic comedy based in “the best city on planet earth” according to Ron Burgundy!

We’re not here to play favorites! Just like we chose to step away from grains to make this light, feel good, alcoholic seltzer. It’s packed with organic strawberry purée and lemonade. A tart and slightly sweet bevy that anyone can enjoy!

It’s National Bartender Day 🍻 We thought of these two immediately! Danielle and Nick bring such positivity and passion to work every day! So much actually, that they’re not simply bartenders here anymore!

🐺🌾 Feldgeist | Rye Brown Ale 🍺 named after the European field spirit in honor of rye’s origins!

The brown ale is a style relatively absent in this city. It’s such a pleasant beer for fall days so took to brewing!
.
The introduction of rye gives a note of baking spices underneath the chocolate roasted caramel and nose of sweet brown sugar.

The Ethiopian is perfect for espresso. We use it here for all of our cafe bevs. For a home drip brewer though, we recommend the Columbia for its approachability and smooth chocolate notes.

We’ll do our best to explain this beer but nothing beats actually throwing back a few of these cold & fresh in the taproom.

Flavor starts with the scent. We catch pleasant lemongrass & toasted grain. Moving on to the flavor that’s got us frothin! Three words; orange, grapefruit, pine 🤙 These perfectly swirled flavors then break away like waves on a shore. All that remains in a pleasant lingering bitterness crashing on your tastebuds with every sip and then washing away. 🌊
